Approach
I am a social justice therapist. My work with clients is informed by queer theory, anti-oppression methodologies, comprehensive training in somatic, body-based techniques, and over a decade of experience as a practitioner of Medical Qi Gong, plant spirit medicine, and meditation. I have worked as a meditation instructor and solitary retreat guide for meditation and creative arts practitioners. Over my lifetime, I have spent a year in meditation retreat.
My current research is at third culture intersections of: immigrant acculturation experiences, relationship to ancestral lineages through food, and queer identity.
